MAN! you ain't been to a funeral till you've been to a second line...we went to one for this famous N.O. lawyer...it was so many people dancing in the streets...half of them had no clue who he was...but we danced and celebrated...

It's crazy for sure...there are some where entire neighborhoods come out...like a sporting event...kids and grown folks come in with a trumpet, pay their respects, and proceed to play their hearts our...waves of people dancing in the streets following the hurst...I've seen one where there was no hurst...they walked blocks to get to the grave yard...dancing the whole time...someone got tired and a person grabbed a handle on the casket and took over...it's so much love in the streets...
