The DWP is proposing a massive increase in your power and water bills in the name of funding "renewable" energies, which everyone knows won't work in the first place.
The plan also involves the hiring of "green doctors" which is a fancy term for a government control freak bureaucrat that will physically come to your house to check and see if your light bulbs are "energy efficient"...
The DWP board that is appointed by the scumbag Villaraigosa will vote on it on Thursday and then it will go to the City Council for approval or rejection.
You must contact your councilman and urge him to reject this bull****.
Not only because its completely wrong, but because people don't need to be paying higher energy bills during an economic depression.
Remember that one call or email counts for at least 100 people, depending on where you live it might me more. Let these dumbasses know that if they vote for this hike their political careers are over.
