English, no egg. well done bacon. Double sausage, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, fried bread, maybe some bubble, black pudding, beans.

This meal for me is not healthy, I love a plate of sausage, bacon, fried eggs and tons of fried potatoes(onions in).
Most of the week I just have cereal but when I have time I eat good.
