it's delicious , man.

you get the plaintains , put tons of sugar , wrap it up in eggroll wrapper and fry it up.

it gets all sweet and caramelized and ****.

plus it's crunchy because of the eggroll skin.

plaintain? sugar? fried?

don't even want to know how many calories that **** is.

depends...some batter it wit flour, some marinate it over night and it goes straight to the frying pan
