    Understand your history.

Chavez ATTEMPTED A COUP in 1992, which was a failure. Chavez was sent to prison as a result.

After prison, he began his political career and instantly he was very popular. He ran for president in 1998 and won with the majority of the vote.
Let's talk real history. Chavez was imprisoned for 2 years and was let out and fully pardoned by Raphael Calderas, the then president who so happened to be his Godfather.....lol. He was in bed with Chavez and he was told that if he didn't release and pardon Chavez, there would be another coupe and he would be left out of the whole scene. He just died but a few months back I believe.

Also, could you imagine if Obama just decided to change the Constitution because he wanted to be in office another 4 more years or however long he wanted.

Or decided to shut down 2 of the only 3 privately owned tv stations in the U.S?

Or brought in his own official, not elected to watch over the mayor of every U.S city?

I don't think that would fly here in the U.S....lol

The point about getting longer in office is rather futile. You do not have to look far for American Dynasties in the White House.

Its a semantical game more than anything, finance oligarch's run both from the top down.

There wasn't much of an economy during Nazi rule. It was all based on war and financing from people in London and New York.

If you wanna talk human rights abuses, the Nazi's got their blueprint from the U.S as well.

Racial hygiene and eugenics all started in the U.S and Britain. The Nazi's just put into practice.

Since WW2 though, I'd be willing to bet that the U.S has engaged in more human rights abuses and killed more people than the Nazi's ever did.

Please do not make me school you right now about the TV stations comrade. I suggest you do some online research before stating there are only 3 PRIVATELY owned TV stations in Venezuela and Chavez shut down two of them.

Again, the majority of the TV stations in Venezuela are PRIVATELY OWNED, not state and are anti-chavez.

I'll give you a second chance to correct yourself before actually posting facts and evidence.

There's also that little talked about U.S campaign called Operation Paperclip which recruited all top Nazi scientists and engineers into the U.S system.

              Just like in the U.S.
So everything in the Latin world is a direct result and fault of the U.S...lol

Yes the economic policies of the U.S has affected the Latin American world but that's not so much of what I'm speaking of.

I'm talking at the base level, I know it's not something people would like to admit to, or even hear someone like me say but it's the truth.

The fact you can bribe any official in Mexico, money can get you anything. In the U.S there is definitely corruption but not in your face like in Latin America.

You could argue that you would prefer a more "in your face" approach because at least you know where you stand right? That's until you lived there and see you have no future. Because it's not the level of education you have but who you know.

Bush changed the continuity of government by signing PDD 51.

I don't really want to talk about any of that, I'm quite happy to stick to the original point that Nazism and Socialism are distinct concepts and there is no reason to equate the two as seems to be the common occurrence in America.

First off I'm not your comrade....second the fact that Chavez has shut down RCTV is bad enough as it is.

My point in this thread was to show his hypocrisy. I bet you didn't even look at the link I posted and the pictures that were leaked of him.

I wonder why you have not commented on them with the exception of "that's a biased link"

The photo's aren't shopped, they are not fabricated, it's Chavez' hypocrisy at work. He's eating and getting fat, while the majority of the people in Caracas are starving with no jobs.

Yup, making the country much, much better.

                      .
So you admit that I'm right comrade, that the majority of the TV stations are privately owned in Venezuela? Admit that so you can stop stating in post after post.
