Italy who won the World Cup in 2006 has the highest percentage of Catholics in the world. 98% or something like that. Joe Calzaghe is from Europe and he is religious.

Sweden, England, Norway, Denmark...those countries are all atheists, and they all suck at the elite level of sports.
