First of all the $95 bill was for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. Second of all, out of thr $61 billion portion for ukraine, only $14 billion is going to Ukraine’s army. $23 billion of that $61 billion would go toward “replenishing weapons the U.S. sends to Ukraine”. So while they send off old stuff that was due to be scrapped anyway, they then use money to contract new toys for themselves. US politicians paying US defense contractors and using Ukraine as a justification. Like I said before, Putin attacked Ukraine, and Western politicians use this war to play their own games.
