US aid has absolutely nothing to do with NATO. You have no idea what you are talking about. You are either trolling or very dumb.

NATO only has 32 member countries. NATO's mandate is for countries in Europe or bordering the North Atlantic. Countries who are not part of NATO do not pay into it, just like people who are not part of a union do not pay union dues to that union. NATO does not defend non-members. Read up a little before you speak on a topic you don't understand.
