When you start quoting AOC...you look dumb.
There needs to be underlying crimes for RICO to apply. Even if we established that “The Biden Crime Family” meets the definition of an enterprise as defined in RICO (it doesn’t), and we established that Biden is the boss of this non-existent enterprise, there still can’t be a RICO prosecution because what crime did “The Biden Crime Family” supposedly commit?

What racketeering activities did Bobulinski mention? Bobulinksi also mentioned “corruption” which is simply a vague assertion. He might as well said “I saw Joe Biden do bad stuff." as there are no specific crimes he could mention.

Financial misconduct for one, Money Laundering, as well as Contempt of Congress for refusal to comply with a subpoena issued by the Committee on the Judiciary.

The bold: There are numerous offshore companies that were established that did nothing except move around money (Launder).

          Laundered money, ok.

It’s hard to hit Hunter with the 2nd charges when Jim Jordan and other members of Congress also didn’t comply with their subpoena

Regarding this case? In any event...I don't see how that exonerates Hunter?

Frankly...what looks suspicious is having numerous offshore companies to move money, that never did any business.

Not exonerating in any way. It just takes the sting out of it that some of the people that voted for it also didn’t comply with a subpoena.

                  Fair point.

Unfortunately, Cormer's allegations have yet to be substantiated with many of the points brought up in the article have been debunked since its release. The evidence is non-existent and Lev's testimony was very damming to the allegations. More Republicans are admitting they don't have evidence and they knew it.

15 months this dog and pony show has gone, insufficient evidence has been brought forth. Just last night Comer rejected to allow a vote on impeachment. I know you WISH that the impeachment will happen, but they don't have the proof and support to get it done, they're just wasting millions of dollars of taxpayer money...for a lost cause.

Biden's crack head son getting millions for being the Vice President's son apparently is justified by some.

But like always nothing is going to happen.
