The Dems walked all over themselves in a futile effort to cover for Biden's criminality and deteriorating cognitive state.

How could it possibly be worse, joe had no right to take any documents period, and then he gave some to a ghost writer and even read out loud classified documents to a ghost writer and he never had any right to take any files, he was not the president and he was not allowed as a senator to take classified documents out of a scif.......

        explain how Trump is worse

They acknowledge he had files that he wasn't authorized to have stored in his dirty garage for decades. But they also said the obvious, which is he is so old and senile he couldn't stand trial. During the interview Biden was making car noises and going off on long tangents. All while avoiding answering questions. Which suggests he is either faking it, or he really is so broken down it would border on abuse to put him on trial. Either way, he's not competent to run this country and hasn't been since he took office.

That's of course not true. No one claimed Pence was never allowed to have classified documents when some turned up at his home. Use your brain.

Your statement makes no sense. As President of the United States, Donald Trump had the right to declassify and remove documents. As a senator and Vice President, Joe Biden did NOT have the right to remove any documents, let alone provide them to a ghost writer for his memoirs.

Being cooperative in the investigation is NOT a defense. A judge may take Biden's cooperation into consideration during sentencing, but it cannot be used by the defendant to mitigate his offense. The fact that Biden is cognitively impaired today does NOT mean that he was in that mental condition when he committed his crimes as a senator and Vice President. He may not be able to stand trial due to mental defect, but that does NOT mean he is absolved of guilt.

                    Sorry, you are wrong.

First of all, Trump admit on tape that he couldn't declassify those documents.

Secondly, Biden and Pence as V.P.s certainly had access to classified documents. And more. I've already been through this once here.

Under an Obama-era executive order that retained a Bush-era order, vice presidents have the authority to classify and declassify documents — just like presidents.
