Yes, it's a conspiracy theory. And if you took 30 seconds to Google it, youd see that the laptop was turned in. The issue is with FOIA requests...requests made by some random Texas IT rental guy, not even involved with media, politician, or or official investigation.

This isn't the FBI hiding ****, it's some conspiracy nut, with no security clearance, that thinks Seth was a Russian plant and can't find any evidence in his numerous FOIA requests... ironically, y'all love Russia now so why would that be a bad thing that Dems were infiltrated?

Here's the case of the "federal judge ordered the FBI to turn over the laptop" ...oh wait, he determined the FBI fulfilled the request.
