Real time satellite recording?

I know we have something similar right now but is it possible to have real time satellite recording every second to track our every move? so if someone goes missing or has been kidnapped, we can refer to the satellite and track down the missing person.. so let's say someone report that their daughter is missing and her last known location was at the library on 6th street.. so we can pull the satellite recording to 6th street and view the recording to see what happened.. is this possible?

Is that like the CCTV in some countries? Cameras just about everywhere
