    But the diet does leave you very tired, as it is low carb diet
    I'll check it out.I used to eat clean all the time.I used to wait till I was hungry then run 10 miles to get rid of the hunger .That got me ripped but my diet was 90 percent clean as well.

    I've read about these low carb beers and that as well .The thing about alcahol tho is it's got more kcal per gram than fat.
