As I understand it, Biden has or has had the possibility of sending much more gear to Ukraine without any new aid package being approved. As for Trump well who knows what he will do.

Congress had voted for a Lend-Lease that Biden signed into law in May 2022, giving him the green light to send weapons, equipment and aid without delays. He never used it and it expired in October last year. So he had it for a year and a half and never used it. That’s the kind of political games the West politicians are playing, while they keep saying that they want Ukraine to win. It’s bullshlt. They don’t want Ukraine to lose, but certainly are in no rush to see Ukraine win.
