from what i am reading, it was ISIS militants who did it but with the backing of ukraine.... the plan was for them to cross the border and get a heroes welcome in ukraine but the russians got to them first

right or wrong the Russian Empire likely declares “Kyiv” was involved and will militarily escalate

I doubt the Russian Empire will fight terrorism with terrorism

Russian striking with 80% power should end this war faster Azzuming no 3rd party directly gets involved
