Seahawks are in great shape. They don't have to deal with Wilson for another year and here are three guys they will likely cut to create much more cap space:
Defensive end Chris Clemons is scheduled to count $9.6 million against the salary cap in 2014. He likely won't be back, since he's like 33 and had a very poor year coming off injury (alhtough he did play good in the super bowl).
Sidney Rice is due $9.7 million in 2014 and his departure would create $7.3 million in cap savings.
Cut Zach Miller and that saves $5 million under the cap.
They will release Browner.
Golden Tate says he's willing to accept smaller money (compared to league offers) to return to Seattle.
So the only Free agents they really need to focus on is Michael Bennett, then hopefully figure out if they can keep both Doug Baldwin and Golden Tate.

NaVorro Bowman says it’s time for surgery
49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman tore the ACL and MCL in his left knee while trying to keep the Seahawks out of the end zone in the second half of the NFC Championship Game, injuries that will leave him with a lot of rehab before he’s ready to get back on the field for the 2014 season.

Better field position (which didn't matter since Kap threw a pick on that drive anyway).Originally posted by ~AK49~ View PostSo you would have rather gotten the ball on the 1 foot line, against a d that was raping your run game, than the 15 yard line with room to breathe?
I wasn't trying to prove a point, I was just saying
on the real doe congratulations, just don't make the trophy case too big, it's only one
