  • Kap had another monster game throwing. What was that 127 yards? How many fantasy points? Probably 1 million I reckon. Once in a lifetime! Haven't seen such monster numbers since Trent Dilfer!

Ahmad Brooks was called for a critical personal foul penalty for hitting Drew Brees in the neck on 3rd and 2 play in the final four minutes of Sunday’s game between the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers.

Brooks beat the Saints’ right tackle around the edge and just crushed Brees, causing a fumble that was recovered by Patrick Willis. But the refs flagged Brooks for a personal foul for hitting Brees in the neck. The penalty resulted in a first down for the Saints and allowed them to keep the drive going. They eventually kicked a field goal to tie the game.

Here’s a slow motion replay of the hit:

                • Here's a brilliant article by BleacherReport(lol) on why Greg Roman & Harbaugh are to blame for what's going on with Kaep and the rest of the offense.

                  http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1...n-the-hot-seat

Seattle has been successful because they are fearless. 49ers aren't being as successful because they are scared shitless. Kaep is a durable guy, let him go Roman. Let him be Kaep.

Roman and Harbaugh are definitely a big part of the problem but you can't excuse Kaepernick from any blame. He still has to adjust to defenses and make the correct reads. He still can tuck and run when nothing is there. Hit his check downs. Hit his 3rd, 4th read. Actually make his 2nd, 3rd, 4th read. He's talented and extremely athletically gifted but he doesn't make the best of decisions (running out of bounds with under 2 minutes left and the lead).
