Was going to have a drink last night, opted against it, woke up ill.

Knew I should have had a drink.

That's not good buddy. Lol.

What causes that...is a lack of gaba-neuro inhibitors in your brain. When you drink everyday, your body stops producing them and uses mock alcohol molecules as a replacement.

So when you go cold turkey, your neurological homeostasis is out of balance which leads to flu like symptoms ie fever/chills and in the worst case seizures and heart attacks.

Alchohol withdrawal is as bad or worse than smack.

I just took a two hour walk while drinking beers and listening to podcasts.

Now I'm going to go have a breakfast of sushi at 5pm.

And then I have to go do some work in my lab.

And finally, I have to wake up early tomorrow and go to Tokyo city for some bullshit. Not looking forward to the last one much.
