The ideas America was built upon.

Founding Fathers were mostly white. Ben Franklin was mixed with some black I think.

American culture largely influenced by Brits. America’s language is a white tongue. Etc

Blacks are also very American imo. Media loves having blacks in ads and whatnot

As for Latinos many have their very own culture in addition to American culture
