Nah... organic veg and some probiotics - like I say I been brewing my own kefir for the last 5 years or so - and my little bacterial cousins should be having a party down there... s'why I'm always so chirpy all the time, case you hadn't noticed.
I can think of a few other candidates on the lounge who might benefit from having a fecal plug inserted through the back door though.... purely from a health perspective of course.
