Bayern is a safe job, he's guaranteed to clean up domestically and Bayern will be in contention for the CL too. Premier League would have been a far bigger test.

A really top manager who fancied a challenge would look at Arsenal, Spurs or even Liverpool. If you won the league with one of those teams than you can really say you achieved something.
The Chelsea job for all the stick it gets is pretty easy. As is the City job.
Man U are the top side in the country but if Mourinho takes over at either City or comes back to Chelsea they would probably win the league by a decent margin just by sheer weight of his personality unless United continue to match the spending of both clubs. Would Mourinho for winning the league with City? Nah.
Then again I suppose the successful coaches naturally get offered the easiest jobs.Last edited by Sparked_26; 01-16-2013, 01:42 PM.

Two myths dispelled. David Luiz is not a good footballer who is basically erratic, he is an average footballer who is erratic.
Ashley Cole is having fucking awful season and wont be missed.
Fair play to Southampton but Chelsea are a very weak home team.Last edited by Sparked_26; 01-16-2013, 04:42 PM.

Guardiola has still taken a fairly safe job imo. People keep saying he chose football over money because he didn't go to City or Chelsea but Bayern are still absolutely loaded, they just paid nearly £40 million for Javi Martinez in the summer!
Not only that but they already have one of the best teams in European football already so they don't need to spend much. They've been in the Champions League final twice in the past three seasons.
Despite their riches i think City and Chelsea need him more than Bayern do.

Wilshere has proven to be the best in his position within England.
