I know why Chelsea have struggled over the years well apart from the fairly lucky CL run last year. Changing the manager on a regular basis.. top players who were the spine of the team either leaving the club or reaching the end of careers. An Owner who DID save the club and is ultimately responsible for a lot of its success but also holds it back by buying stars his manager doesn't want and unsettling the team.

Last year on the CL run Chelsea went back to Mourhino like roots with slightly less style (yes Mourino chelsea was not THAT bad to watch).

Rafa is not going to win Chelsea the league this year or next (if he stays).. the man is suited to the CL.. could see him pinching that.

Chelsea have a lot of talented players now.. probably more then the Mourhino era.. but they don't have half the fight of that side imo.. and over the course of a season you can't have that if you want to win the league.

Well that was some disgraceful ass **** losing the title 8 points clear with 5 games left.. dropping Scholes and losing away to Wigan as a result was humiliating.

He is doing well to redeem himself this season no doubt about it. will wait till the end of the season to give a full review of his performance.. so far so good though
