Not sure about that, Inter bought Handanovic so there was no need to keep J.Cesar and his large salary around. Maicon has had a very up and down two years and is getting up there in age, still £4M is a bargain. Lucio has looked awful for Juve so far, letting him go isn't looking too bad.

They've also bought Gargano, Cassano and Alvaro Pereira.

Man City are making some final season Mourinho moves albeit spending more money.

But for me they've actually gotten weaker. Scott Sinclair is half the player Adam Johnson is and De Jong is a superior defensive midfielder to Javi Garcia and I don't know on what planet Maicon is necessary. With Zabaleta and Richards when he is fit vastly superior. Mental.
