Chelsea have won 38% of available premier league titles since 2004. How competitive is the premier league really? If we turn up we coast it. It's embarrassing.

It's all about the proper trophy for us now (the one with the big ears), tbh. Whilst Chelsea are preoccupied maybe someone else will win the league. Like United with their 18 draws after spending about a billion in one summer.

I will credit Jose though. He is still the reason why there is a winning mentality that in entrenched throughout the fabric of the club and why some of complete tools of last season had to play for their lives this season.

      Nonetheless:

This is a sweet title win because United really are trying to buy the title after all their early pontificating. Michy Batshoes is our most expensive player, lol.

After all is said and done though. Credit to Spurs. They did a great job. Everyone else is bang, bang, average.

Fucking league is like the Scottish premiership. Jesus!

Chelsea can't even thank everyone else for taking part because they were all fucking shit.

Is there really any point Arsenal turning up for the F.A Cup final. That final should consist of a trophy presentation at Cobham. Save everyone the time and money.

      • I told you lot about Batshuayi.

We had the title won but that's the difference between winners and arsenal. Winners, win it early and Batshuayi showed up in the clutch to seal it away. Batshauyi is the real deal.

We went from 10th to 1st on the turn around. That's a feat in it's self.

Compared to spending 500m to buy success and still managing to fail. Such is the way of United.

        • there must be a way of convincing Arsenal players that they are playing in a shootout for 4th in every game they play in.

The don't play with anything like the same intensity when they are actually in the knockout stages of the champions' league.

          • Peter ****ing Crouch!

That last run of play was absolutely fantastic. Every tackle allowed, teammates tackling their own teammates. Fantastic. Then finished off with the goal.

            • I actually have nothing really against Arsenal, they're not a team I care about.

But if they come 4th just give that slot to the team that comes 5th yeah?

I know the table doesn't lie but nobody wants to see that annual slapping from Bayern Munich. It's like Groundhog Day.

Best bet is to hope for a United victory in the Europa final.

Doesn't the Europa winner knock out the 4th place in England if the winner is An English club?

Pretty sure that's what happened when we won Europa but did awful in every other competition. I forget who was the unlucky club to get kept out of the CL that year. Spurs or Pool maybe?

We knocked out Spurs by winning the Champions League.

I believe this year it will be top 4 plus Europa winners. Which is a bit undeserved really for English teams if United get there because English teams as a collective have done nothing in the proper cup since Chelsea won it.

It is a weird thing that the big prize of winning the Europa is entrance into the proper cup.

But at least the winners of that comp really are champions of something.

The issue with the CL is that it brings the game closer to an elite European League in its format. UEFA would pick the participants if they could - there is no way England should have 4 spots ffs, its pure commercialism but somehow they've managed to find a way to shoehorn another side in. Hardly any of the competitors in the thing are champions.

Next year England wil likely have 5 representatives which is a joke. But in the true sense of the word at least United will be champions of two trophies, so would Arsenal if they beat Chelsea.

I would have 3 Champions' League spots- the winner of the league, the winner of the league cup, and the winner of the F.A Cup. And if one club does a double only then when the runners' up in the league get to be one of the three entrees. If a club does a treble it would be runners up in the league, and runners up of the F.A Cup.

I don't care that you might get championship side on a freak run that lost in a f.a final because legitimately they will have been closer to being 'champions' than a 3rd/4th place team.

                    • Nah Carling cup is a joke that no one takes seriously except for Jose Mourinho and Liverpool , plus I think only England and France have two cups

I do like the idea of FA Cup winner getting a Champions League spot along with Coupe de France, DFB-Pokal , Coppa Italia, Copa del rey etc..
