May he be in peoples' prayers and make a quick recovery. This so sad.

That's common sense. He'll be trying to explain that to the judge unsuccessfully, is my guess.

After someone has a head and neck injury you are supposed to keep them stable and not move them without a collar, emt/paramedics etc...
