Put in order the top five nations you think are the most powerful in terms of its military. I'll go ahead and start first.
1. United States- Most technologically advanced army in the world and strongest naval and air force units along with their marine corps. They have the second largest stockpile of nukes, after Russia. They also have the largest military budget in the world
2. Russia- Has one of the most land based weapons of any nation. Overall, they have a well equipped army and one of the most powerful military forces. Their special service, the Strategic Rocket Forces has the world's largest force in terms of Inter Continental Missile Ballistics (or ICMB). They also have the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in the world.
3. China- Largest military manpower in the world reaching 2.2 million active troops (including reserve force and paramilitary). They also have good weapons technology. It's recently updated its naval forces including upgrades to tanks.
4. United Kingdom- Has one of the best equipped and well trained armed forces in the world including an exceptional air service (SAS). It's also one of the most technologically advanced armies in the world, after the United States
