1/3 glass Vitamin D milk
1 packet sweet and low
1/3 Black coffee pressed
1/3 Ice

i get this tingly feeling throughout my body and the back of my neck. kinda feels like when i was in the hospital doped up on morphine
i rarely have breakfast, which is bad.
