I thought for years my wife was into throat ****ing until she was diagnosed with Bulimia, I never put it together...every time she throat ****ed me she would puke all over my ****...often times I would be forced to smack her and say "hey why did you puke on my ****"
She never really had a good answer so I just took the good which was the throat ****ing with the bad which obviously was all of the nasty puke all over my ****.
Turns out that my wife never really enjoyed throat ****ing at all, she was just trying to get rid of her last meal. Needless to say the puking and the throat ****ing has both stopped.
So yes Bulimia can have its advantages, hell I wont even say that I dont miss it from time to time.Comment

There are a few answers to your question.
One is to do with the oral fixation (if you dont know what this is, I'll allow you to look it up yourself).
Another is the element of challenge. They feel that being able to fit it all in is accomplishment, a job fully done so to speak.
Another is that they think we like it. Some men do.
