New PS3 Super Slim

Aside from the obvious money-making ideas I think this is a pretty decent looking console despite it being of the poorest quality compared to its predecessors - only a thin piece of plastic covers the disc drive.

That said, Sony should have added features to encourage current PS3 owners to repurchase their latest unit such as re-adding backwards compatability for PS1 and PS2 games, etc.

I think the whole point of getting rid of BC was to make the PS3 cheaper, wasn't it? They got rid of the nice piano black plastic, chrome finish, BC, to sell it cheaper. Looks like it was made of tires. Ugly ass, grey ass-looking black.

Pimping their biggest console failure ever Sony actually managed to lose their one guaranteed market, Japan, to Nintendo when they dropped this POS and they still don't appear to have learned much. Sony has fallen far since the PSX days man.
