Madden 10 Freezing or Stuttering?

I bought the game new at Best Buy for 50 dollars during Christmas week, I dont know if the game is just buggy or it's my x360 but I encounter small stuttering for 3-4 secs once in a while I play. Anyone encounter's this problem or is it just mine?

Edit: wow I went to EA Forums and a lot of people complains about this too. I cant believe EA sold a game unfinished, I am done buying Madden games too much BS.

im done with madden games also but not for that reason, i bought 10 on ps3 and played it once and traded it. just got way too complicated and they kept changing controls. sucks too cuz i been playing madden since 92.
