Microsoft Xbox PC game pass?

who has an account for xbox for PC? I created an account a few weeks ago for a family member to use with the new laptop that i bought for him.. well, we forgot the password to his xbox account and now i cannot log in to make changes to the monthly subscription. is there any way i can cancel the subscription without logging into the account? i tried looking for answers on the xbox gamepass site but it doesnt mention anything on this. it keeps asking me to sign in for further help but i cant sign in since i dont remember my password LOL.

You could always just block Microsoft from your bank account though
