how come he seemed to be able to compete in his 40s when noone else could? was it 'clean living and no fast food' or was he having some sort of chemical assistance? Jean Pascal seemed to be more than suspicious of hopkins longevity

Doubt it.
If Hopkins was a drug cheat, his fights wouldn't have been as painfully boring as they were.

IF you had a favorite fighter in the 70's, 80's, 90's 2000's ect. THEY JUICED.
(Or whatever supplements they used before could be deemed illegal now)
In the 80's it was "Blow"
90's was that Mark McGwire chit...
2000's HGH ect.

So was George Foreman a drug cheat too? I really doubt Hopkins was on PED's, he just benefited from having a very cautious style, taking minimal punishment and being ultra disciplined outside the ring. Seems like Jean Pascal needed an excuse for why he got beat by an old man.

He got his Karma from white boi Joe Smith Jr. at least. Was a fitting end to the boring, fouling, cheating cunt.
