  • Wim Hof method for injury recovery and prevention

Wanted to share this with everyone....a method that I use and have had good results. This practice was derived from tummo inner fire meditation first practiced by Tibetan monks. Seems to harness the human flight or fight reaction in a controlled manner, which in turn stimulates the autoimmune system. Helps the immune system learn to fight off disease and inflammation better and at the same time gives a general feeling of well being. I use it for injury recovery, prevention and to keep from getting sick. Also hangovers. It’s pretty much free. I just learned it from the free examples online. I’m not involved with the company or making a penny from this. It’s worked for me and I just want to share it with people.

I've heard of it but never done much about it. I might try it.

Yes, but I've never actually met anyone who uses this method. I'm only aware of it because of the internet, with people claiming it has done wonders for them.

Guys, here are a couple scientific studies on his methods from ligit scientific journals including one from the national institute of health. They took him and his students and injected them with flu virus. They were all able to keep from getting sick by using his methods. Myself, have not been sick since I started this method and was able to work through some injuries including torn meniscus in my knee. I have no pain now in my knee and am able to exercise freely. have worked through some other physical problems as well. I only used the breathing technique not the cold exposure.

I've brought it up to a lot of people. A few have embraced it , but most laugh at this as a joke. Its worked for me and others, that's all I can say

I watched a show, episode, etc. on him, probably. It was running in the cold, swimming under the ice, etc.
