Higgins has said its not Parker. Think Hearn's always wanted to put on a Whyte and Brook card at the end of July, rumours a PPV. Really all that would be acceptable is Breazeale or Ortiz final eliminator, if theyve got a good ruling from the WBC, or maybe Miller, anything else is ****.
