I'd go with Toney, but it's certainly arguable. Bhop is the greater of the two though.

Toney was more skillful in my opinion.

Even B-hop admits that JT was the more talented guy, unfortunately he didn't live the life. I think the best version of Tony gives Roy Jones a much different fight, hand to hand I think Tony would handle most around his weight class, I even think he beats Hopkins.

But I think I'd have to go with The Alien, his boxing skill saw him well past his best days, in fact they made him boxings oldest champ several times.

More potential in Toney, but a greater career by Ho'kins.

During their prime Toney was the better of the two.

                Both overrated.
                Both Ducked the toughest fights.
Both should have an asterisk next to their records for rampant
                steroid abuse.

                  I always find this interesting...

So when would you consider Toneys prime?

When he was getting beat up by the likes of Sanderline Williams and A faded, ballooned up Mike Mccallum. Or when he was being soundly outboxed by the likes of Thadzi and Griffin?

Toney stepped up to bigger and better opponents during his prime. His wins over Nunn, Jirov and Barkley were bigger than any of Hopkins wins. Hopkins biggest wins were against blown up WWs and Tarver.
