  • Is Pulev a Top 10 Win for Wlad?

It's good to see HW boxing getting attention here and Wlad had a good night, obviously some of you here are speaking sense, some are overhyping and some are just hating, so, who thinks Pulev ranks as one of Wlad's top 10 wins? This in terms of Pulev's accomplishments, his overall ability and perceived threat to the champ?

I'll try and list better wins for Wlad:

    Byrd
    Haye
    Povetkin
    Peter
    Thompson 1
    Chambers
    Chagaev
    possibly ibragimov

.... think I'd find space for Pulev up there then.

I don't have Haye in my top 10 for Wlad, but, yeah, Pulev probably squeaks in.

why not haye? the guy was wba champ, had beaten the biggest hw in history, had a decent run of ko wins and was the best cw on the planet before the move up. byrd is probably the only win better than haye.

im curious to know ur reasoning.

Definitely a top ten win, Pulev rocked him and was very dangerous.

Pulev certainly joins that long list of top wins for Wlad now.

Wladimir is steadily removing all doubt now.

The greatest HW resume of all time.

Some of the opponents are better than what Lennox had. Fact.

Of course he is, and probably Wlad's best KO win.

Without a doubt, just because Wlad looked sensational doesn't mean that Pulev isn't a good fighter.

It's like saying Geale is not a top victory of GGG cause he got steamrolled or Yuriorkis against Terrence Crawford.

pulev wasn't very dangerous and never really looked to be impose himself but it just goes to show how good wlad has been that when a guy gets in a few good shots and a couple good jabs he is considered dangerous.

kinda like mayweather and that maidana rematch.

Haye wasn't the true WBA champ...

Haye ran for the entire fight and didn't engage.

Wladimir won every round (i think, from memory)

Haye was all talk and lacked heart; only the Brits were buying into his BS. Also he did nothing all night. It was a cakewalk for Wlad.

It really depends on Pulev's career post-Klitschko.
