Doesn't look like most of you guys can box.. watching you guys spar atleast. Your footwork needs improving alot and your punches are so unorthodox it's scary. Keep up the hard work though!

the best fighter there was the one using headgear. Alot of the sparring sessions had guys dropping their hands way too low and the footwork was sloppy. And that looks like one of the smallest gyms iv ever seen... not that that should say anything abuot a boxer.
