    It's definitely arbitrary what we decide is illegal and what isn't. Caffeine is a performance enhancing drug as well and almost everyone consumes it.

      I do one or two protein shakes at most per day. One in the morning, one after workout. A multi-vitamin pill and that's it for me. Way back I would be taking like a dozen pills per day when I was heavy into weight training.
