Any good focus mitt drill - videos/exercises

I got about 15 pages in the forums dating past April and have yet to stumble upon any focus mitt posts. I would like to know if you guys got any recommendations for videos from (beginner to professional) , or if you can just describe what you may have learned at your gym; some drills to practice and what to work on. Output? Accuracy? Muscle memory?
