well im going to train real hard... but how do you make it to the pro's in the first place?

Just ask your trainer. He'll provide a manager to manage your first fight and all. Paper works will be done by the manager and conditions of terms are discussed with him too. Just make sure to have a good manager who has his priorities straight, that they have your best interest in mind. If they have your best interest in mind to develop your career, then they too will prosper from your success. Sometimes your trainer can be your manager too. So make sure your relationship with them is on par with the success you're striving to get.
