I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in so feel free to move it if need be. Anyways, I'm looking to get a boxing bag. I don't have anywhere to hang it from so should I buy a stand or hang it from a tree? I'm on a tight budget as I'm a student so I'm looking for the cheapest option. The stand I'm looking at has a speed ball but the punching bag is only around 3' and 25kg. It 2 has resistance cables from the bottom holding the bag. Would it be able to support heavy punches? I'm 6'3 tall if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
