I'm 16 years old and i'm 5'10, weighing 178.5 pounds. I used to weigh 215 but now I stopped losing weight for about 2 months now. I usually exercise 5 times a week. I run 5 miles 3 times a week and do boxing for 12 rounds 2 times a week. I eat junk food once a week. Any tips for losing weight?
