I am a criminal defense attorney and I always shadowbox before I enter the courtroom it's my ritual, it gets my creative juices flowing.Last edited by U_TALKING_2_ME?; 10-16-2013, 09:29 PM.

I remember being in high school and joking with friends about sleeping with their moms. I bet you was the kid whose mom ACTUALLY did bust her c00ter open for your friends huh? No wonder you took up boxing...probably had to protect ya momma from all of them tricks she turned. I bet you've heard you mama scream "Oh God" and "Jesus" so much through the walls you thought it was your name for a while.
I can go all night....just like ya mama.

Mama jokes aside...(that was fun, way to set it off Rockin)...I've shadowboxed in the shietter at work on multiple occassions. A couple times while driving.

I just started boxing again from a 6 year lay off (I'm 24 now and started when I was 17), and my punches are still just as good as they used to be (just have more power now). This is all because during my entire layoff I would shadowbox almost every single day. I'm even shadowboxing in the lunch room at work but once that door beeps and someone is about to come in I pretend like I wasn't doing anything at all. Shadowboxing is excellent for your muscle memory and it's as if I never stopped boxing at all. Stamina wise I feel like I haven't boxed for all these years but I can still let the punches fly hard and fast on the padword.
