    One thing I've noticed over the last two weeks is that I've tried to put too much together and I tried to put too much onto my punches. When I just punched and used proper technique I got a ****load out of my work while using minimal effort. My right uppercut got insanely better in a short amount of time, my left hook is more fluid, and my right straight still hits like a motherfunker.

    Just making this for those who aren't as seasoned or maybe those who are to just relax and let your feet do the work for you. You don't need anything else. Muscling **** isn't gonna do you any good if you don't hit. If you get their arm or shoulder its gonna hurt you more than them. Just some advice that I feel I should pass along.
