I currently weigh 140lbs **** on and i am very dehydrated. How much water could i realistically drink in one day to add weigh to myself.
I want to weigh around 155lbs.
I heard chavez jr gained 20 odd pounds by drinking water after his weigh in and its not uncommon for the average boxer to gain a good 10lbs in 24 hours.
Should i just literally drink 10-15lbs of water spread across the day?
or is it more complex than that?
