  • Fitness/Nutrition plan

    I have just recently started boxing and was wondering about the best fitness/nutrition plan that I could try to follow. I'm currently 6' 155. That is with a little body fat mostly on the chest and stomach area. My goal is to lose most if not all of the fat and then get bigger from there. That being said, I was wondering how I should go about doing so. The Boxing Gym I go to offers Boxing, Conditioning, and Muay Thai classes all an hour long as well as a Weight room. My question to you is; how could I best go about losing the fat in terms of eating schedule/workin out schedule. This includes the proper usage of Protein shakes/Creatine.
