Tear biceps..

Hello..

cople months ago i tear biceps in boxing.. and then i didnt train for about 2 months and was all good then.. and now it happen agian, its not so bad.. i just cant doing left hooks.. i can do everything else with no problem..

does anyone has same problem or did have ? Will it ever be better?
