ive tried double ended mouthguards and single.
the pros seem to wear only the top mouthguards.
in terms of breathing, im wondering if their is a tried tested and true brand/type that consistently works for fighters?
also, its noticable when my mouthguard is in and a lot of the pros you can hardly tell they have one in, why is that?
i have 2 fights next month and i need a new one to start working with.
