    Is this a good form of training for boxing. i want to lift weights and increase muscle and strength without losing my reflexes and movement by doing isolated exercises so weight lifting is all in the form of a kettlebell. along with my runs, skipping and bodyweight and core circuits is this sufficient enough to increase in size aswell as aid my boxing?
