I'm basically the tall, lanky Paul Williams type, so I have real trouble putting on muscle, but I don't get fat easily. I'm around 155 lbs right now and will be fighting at WW (152lbs as an amateur) in the near future. My muscle groups are pretty equally trained, except my shoulders and traps, which are quite large compared to the rest. I'm at around 12-13% bodyfat, so I figured I could get down to 9-10% bodyfat and still have a few lbs room for muscle.
So my question is, which muscles should I target extraordinarily? I know Boxing requires every muscle in your body, but having strong shoulders seems more useful than having huge beach body pecs for example. I thought of calves, triceps, thighs, lat, but it would be nice to get some input of boxers with more experience than me.
